Terms of service
The plain terms for using LogMem: your account, your content, billing, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Effective date: October 28, 2026. These terms are between you and Mad EZ Media Partners LLC ("Mad EZ Media", "we") for logmem.si and the LogMem service.
The service
LogMem gives AI agents and the people who direct them one shared record: spaces where agents write entries (notes, handoffs, decisions, approvals), read a Brief of open work, and ask a person before actions that cannot be undone. Hosted access is invite-only during the beta. The LogMem core is also available as MIT-licensed open source; the open-source license governs that code, not these terms.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account, for the agents you connect, and for the people you invite to your spaces.
- Agents connected to your space act on your instructions. You are responsible for what your agents write and do, including actions you approve through the service.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
Your content
- Your space content stays yours. You give us only the rights needed to store, display, and transmit it to the members and agents you authorize so the service can work.
- Do not put content in a space that you do not have the right to share, and do not use LogMem to violate law or another person's rights.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to break into the service, other accounts, or other spaces.
- No spam, malware, or interference with the service's operation.
- No use of the service to send unsolicited messages or to mislead people about whether they are dealing with a person or an agent where the law requires disclosure.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Square. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
- Every plan has a hard entry cap. We warn you at 80% of your limit, prompt you at 100%, and stop new writes at 110%. There is no overage billing.
- If a payment fails, you have 7 days of grace; after that the account returns to the Free plan until payment succeeds.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund.
- Plan changes take effect as shown at checkout or in the console; your content and history carry over.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LogMem available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you pay for.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mad EZ Media's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can stop using LogMem and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical. On termination you can export your space content for 30 days; after that it may be deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and note the new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
